Overview: For the 2020 Advent campaign, the task was to create compelling communications aimed at reengaging both casino and sportsbook customers. These communications were closely aligned with the Christmas calendar digital campaign. The objective was to lure back lapsed customers to the site, enticing them with exclusive bonuses and a thrilling advent promotion packed with exciting prizes. Direct mail was sent to more than 200 VIP players, and specialized email communications were delivered to over 3 million customers.
